As a short-haired cat, he only gets a bath every six months (not his favorite activity, of course). I took him last Saturday—he was yellowish, but now he’s back to his bright white, glowing self! ✨

Great service, very patient and professional! It has been a struggle for us to find the right groomer for our dog and we are so glad that now we found them. The ladies at Petime listened to our concerns patiently and were able to cut our dog nails (which other groomers we tried previously were not able to do), which is such a great relief for us!
Highly recommended!

I highly recommend pettime grooming!! I was initially nervous about finding the right groomers for my Japanese Spitz Kumo, but after trying these guys out twice already, I could not be more satisfied and happy that I took the leap of faith and trusted J and her team to look after my white fluffy cloud. Finding the right groomers for your dog can be difficult and sometimes scary but J and her team truly put so much care and time into every client. Kumo wasn't used to being groomed and sometimes doesn't get along with other doggos but what I love about this place is that they take one dog at a time so you know your pet is receiving a lot of attention and time and you don't have to worry about your pet having to mingle with other dogs whilst they wait for you to pick them up like a lot of other places. I'm writing this review so that if someone else is considering whether to bring their dog here, let this be your answer! We ask for a wash and tidy for Kumo and he comes out so white, clean, fluffy and polished every time. Thank you to J and her team <3

first timer for our cat - the ladies were so lovely & professional, they did an amazing job and sent us videos/photos of the process which made us feel at ease that she was well taken care of! would definitely recommend & go back to give our cat another spa day! thankyou 🥰

My cat was well taken care of at Petime, the owner was very patient in listening to me about what she needed to take care of when bathing the cat, and the owner was so gentle that I felt at ease even though it was the first time I had ever come to her store to bathe my cat.

Great service, reasonable price, very kind and professional staffs.
My shy girl Nicole CKCS had full shampoo for third times. Always she looks perfectly gorgeous after.
We'll look forward to have full body clip in summer season.

Our first time having grooming done at Petime. It was a great experience for my little furry boy. I could tell that he enjoyed his grooming session with Jiahuan (not sure about the spelling) the groomer very much! He didn’t want to leave the studio when I went to pick him up. The makeover was so good! My little furry boy looks absolutely adorable and pretty. Highly recommend Jiahuan to everyone who wants to give their little furries a great grooming experience.

Our cat Lilou was recently staying at Petime Studio for 6 nights (cat boarding). The Petime team were really nice and provided daily video and photo reports. We believe Lilou was looked after very well and would recommend Petime Studio to all cat owners

My favourite groomer so far!
I have tried several different groomers for my toy poodle, all have been disappointing as they just cut the hair to the body shape and there was not shape or design. But Petime surprised me by their hand cut which can usually make the hair on the legs a bit longer and face round like a Teddy bear. It’s like 40min drive for me each time but definitely worth it

Brought my fur babies to this shop for grooming today, it was my first time changing to a new groomer. The groomer was professional and patient, she carefully explained the process, how my dogs will be handled ＆ even recommended the styles in trend for my dogs and they turned out really great! I highly recommend bringing your fur babies to this shop!
